Situated directly next to the ski runs and lifts in one of Austria’s most snow-secure and modern ski areas, you will ski in splendid powder snow right up to the house doors! Our hotel is located directly next to the main lift of the Steffisalpbahn. The Warth Ski School is only 50 metres away from the hotel. Our Warth-Schröcken ski area offers you pure skiing fun without waiting periods.
The dreamlike snow-covered slopes of the Arlberg region are waiting to be discovered by you. Over 66 km of optimally prepared ski runs (with seal of approval) featuring all levels of difficulty and countless deep snow slopes await you!

Since 2007/08, all ski passes (Warth-Schröcken and “3Täler Superpass” [“3 Valley Super Pass”]) will be issued on no-contact FREE one-way tickets, the so-called “key cards”.
 
Lech Tour & Highlights
The tour into the Lech/Zürs ski area takes place every week (with good weather) with the Warth Ski School. You will traverse the slopes of the Karhorn and Mohnenfluh mountain ranges, where you can make your own tracks. HELISKIING at Arlberg is a special highlight. FREE RIDING and SKI TOURING also enjoys increasing popularity.
