The Lech Valley and Allgäuer Alps are amongst the most beautiful climbing areas on the northern edge of the Alps. Experienced mountain guides are available for mountain climbing fans who seek a guided tour and who would rather experience climbing adventure under the care of a professional.
Several locations around Warth (Bürstegg, Lechbruck, Schrofenwies or the 'Red Wall' in the Lech River source area) enable top rope climbing with levels of difficulty ranging from III to VIII.
Karhorn climbing path: the climbing path in Warth has a length of ca. 600 m and leads to the summit of the Karhorn (2,420 m). A challenge for beginners as well as for pros! On the summit you can enjoy a splendid panorama of the Arlberg region and the Lech Valley Alps as well as distant mountains such as Wildspitze, Zugspitze and Seehorn (Silvretta region).
