The payment of a deposit via bank transfer (IBAN: AT44 3744 9000 0101 7706 BIC: RVVGAT 2 B449; with these codes no bank charges may be offset against your account within the entire EU region!) is generally required for fixation of your booking. With short-term bookings it is possible to fix the holiday dates through disclosure of your credit card number + expiration date. However, with the hotel bill we do not accept ANY credit cards (in this connection the amount is debited NETTO HOTEL)! Municipal health resort tax: € 1.80 per person and day.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash at the reception desk, or shortly before arrival you can once again transfer an amount by means of IBAN BIC code. Then your money is on the scene without charge upon your departure. 

We accept EC cards, American Express  and Euro cheques. There are handling charges of 1.75% with cashless transactions.

The contractual provisions of the Austrian Hotel and RB Law apply. 80% of the booking amount will be charged upon late arrival or premature departure.
